Ember Rake

Ember Rakes are used to manage the wire in a wood fired oven. They can be used to move a fire around and scrape the deck free of coals. Ember Rakes are made from 304 stainless steel, designed and manufactured in the US, from US sourced materials.

How to choose an Ember Rake

1. Handle Length. The Ember Rake uses a 2 Hole Handle, which is 3/4” in diameter. When choosing a handle length, consider how deep your oven is, but also how much space you have around your oven. If you have lots of space, longer handles can be easier to use and tend to not get as hot with extended usage. If you have a tighter space, like a small kitchen or food truck, you may select a shorter handle to keep the tool maneuverable.
